After giving listeners an upbeat happy number with “Locked Out Of Heaven,” Bruno Mars slows it down for the second time with his newest single from Unorthodox Jukebox. “When I Was Your Man” is his honest look back at a lost love who is now dancing with another man. It might be too late, but he at least wants her to know how sorry he is.
