Considering we’ve been giving The Isley Brothers, Earth Wind & Fire, Stevie Wonder and the likes some burn on this side, it’s good to see a newer artist channel some of that old soul. BJ The Chicago Kid released this over of The Isley’s “Don’t Say Goodnight” from their 1980 Go All The Way album and even though it seems like a cover from a while back, he still has the vocals to smash it.
Either way, you can’t lose. This and the original are both fire.
