Birdman Addresses Relationship with Lil Wayne
While fans are still awaiting an update on Tha Carter V, Birdman is looking to sign rapper, Slim Jesus. Over the weekend, the Ohio rapper posted a YouTube clip of him having a conversation with the owner of Ca$h Money Records, which revealed mutual interest between both parties.
Beatrice got straight to the point saying he wants Slim to the join the prestigious roster CMR has with Drake, Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj – citing it’s the biggest system in the rap world. Regarding the label situation with Tunechi, Baby directly said, “Wayne ain’t going nowhere man. That’s my son. Ain’t nobody going nowhere.” This comes just a month after reports surfaced that Drake, Nicki Minaj and Tyga also had financial disputes in recent years with the label.
