Waiting for a new project from The New Royales is like waiting for DETOX, but at least they dabble in some remixes here and there. Taking it a little left field, they hail Banks‘ “Beggin For Thread” from her Goddess album for a revamp. They slow it down a notch and give the song a haunting bounce, unlike the original.
Hopefully we see some original material from the band next year.
