Over the last few weeks, we’ve seen some serious promo for Ab-Soul’s long-awaited third studio album These Days. The direct follow-up to his critically acclaimed 2012 effort Control System sees the black lip pastor returning with more than just political rhymes we’ve loved in the past, with a variety of sounds fit for all listeners. The project’s main single’s “Stigmata” and the popular “Closure” with Jhené Aiko have been good indications on what to expect in the full offering. Speaking of which, the album has appearances from the likes of Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Lupe Fiasco, Schoolboy Q, and Rick Ross among many more.
