Who Should Mac Miller Produce For?

To say the least, 2013 was the year that changed it all for Mac Miller. Off the back of experimenting with jazz under Larry Lovestein & The Velvet Revival, the Pittsburgh figure released his second studio album Watching Movies With The Sound Off. The difference this time, was the fact he came out of nowhere and executive produced the project, and evidently upped his game amongst the likes of ScHoolboy Q and Jay Electronica.

Since then, he’s pretty much taken control of his entire career, producing the majority of his work and leaving Rostrum Records to focus on REMember Music, through a deal with Warner Bros. Records worth $10 million. Mixtapes such as Faces and Delusional Thomas have each built up his journey, but for the first time, Mac produced an entire project for Vince Staples, Stolen Youth.

Better known under his production name of Larry Fisherman, the 22-year old has continued to share beats with his peers. Based on previous work, we’ve put together five artists we’d like to see him work with on full projects.
