The writers of The Hangover are back this Spring with the newest party movie to hit theaters, 21 and Over. The movie follows Jeff Chang and two of his buddies as he celebrates his 21st birthday like never before. See, Jeff is a straight-A student in college and has a medical school interview in the morning, but that doesn’t stop him from having a night full of chaos and ratchetness that will go down in the history.
