The veteran Atlanta rapper decided to announce his candidacy for President of the United States. With Hillary Clinton and Marco Rubio headlining their respective parties, Flocka explains how he would run America – starting with the legalization of marijuana. Throughout the special Rolling Stoned interview on 4/20, Waka, assisted by with his Presidential Kush, revealed DJ Whoo Kid would be his running mate and cited the two would have unlimited weed smoking if he was elected to the oval office.
