After Sony Pictures backed down and decided to pull the plug on The Interview nationwide thanks to theater chains cancelling it due to threats by hackers, it looks like other theaters are taking the opposite approach to the situation. President Obama even said he was disappointed by the stance Sony took in the matter, standing behind the freedom of expression for releasing the film.
Alamo Drafthouse is now taking the American stance and airing the movie in select theaters across the nation, being one of the only ones to stand up for the film. If you’re in Texas, Virgina, Colorado, Kansas City, Michigan and New York, you can find a location that will play The Interview below.
