How long does it really take to find love? Our girl Blake Lively has a history with that problem through films, but will be gracing the big screen in the Lee Toland Krieger-directed film, The Age of Adaline. Originally announced nearly 5 years ago, the upcoming Vancouver-based epic romantic-drama picture centers on a woman by the name of Adaline Bowman (Lively); who’s almost lived for over eight decades. With the ability to remain immortal to time, she’s remained 29 years all this time, living a solitary existence.
Throughout her 20th century experiences, she’s never allowed anyone to get close to her romantically and has remained ageless all of these years. However, one young fellow she falls for may be worth losing her immortality and could coincidentally change her life forever. Starring Blake Lively, Michiel Huisman, and Harrison Ford look for the upcoming film The Age of Adaline in theaters nationwide this April 24, 2015.
