Imagine being diagnosed with cancer and facing head-on the harsh reality that your last days on earth are ahead. Death is something that not even the rich can escape.
Ben Kingsley in the upcoming film Self/Less is probably in a better position to try out radical medical procedures in order to extend his life, considering he’s extremely wealthy in it. He eventually goes through with the experiment and finds himself transferred into the body of Ryan Reynolds. It’s no surprise that he’s out smashing beautiful women, driving boats and living it up in the weeks to come, with the energetic youth that you thought you lost forever.
Except, the longer he’s in the body, the more he starts realizing something wrong with how he got there in the first place and the isn’t prepared for the opposition he’ll face as he digs for answers. But does he survive the mysterious threats from a radical organization?
The Tarsem Singh-directed film is set to hit theaters on July 31, 2015.
