Although it was the lowest opening in the history of the franchise, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 saw well over $100 million in box office revenue for its first week. With Spectre still holding strong, moving past $150 million worldwide, films such as The Night Before and The Secret in their Eyes flopped tremendously at the theaters. However this weekend, with the exception of one legendary sports film brought back to life, the theaters are quiet this Thanksgiving Weekend.
