Saul, Saul, you better call Saul
After Sunday’s Breaking Bad marathon, AMC premiered a music video of the theme song for series’ spin-off, Better Call Saul. The music video sent fans into a frenzy by suggesting potential plot lines from the upcoming series. Veteran country artist, Junior Brown performs the ‘Better Call Saul’ theme song- whose lyrics were written by show creators Vince Gilligan & Peter Gould over music by Breaking Bad composer Dave Porter & Adam Dornblum.
Vince Gilligan previously revealed that the upcoming series will be a period piece set in 2002. This provides the show with a decent timespan before “criminal” attorney Saul Goodman’s fateful meeting with Breaking Bad‘s Walter White & Jesse Pinkman. Better Call Saul premieres in February 2015 on AMC and has already been renewed for a second season. We cannot wait.
