HBO Documentary Films is bringing Banksy to life through the new documentary Banksy Does New York. The film will chronicle the street artist’s one-month trip to New York, which he deemed as an “Artist Residency,” and invaded different areas of the city like Bushwick, Williamsburg, the Lower East Side and everywhere in between.
You will also get a fan and New Yorker point of view because they will be using user generated footage, to capture the 30 days of havoc he caused.
Banksy Does New York is executive produced by Sheila Nevins, directed by Chris Moukarbel and will air November 17 on HBO.
