Every week we turn the TV to watch The Leftovers, a teaser for the last season of Boardwalk Empire comes on and we couldn’t be any more excited. Although it’s the beginning of the end, you know the show is going out with a bang. Especially since the catch phrase to tease Season 5 is “No Goes Quietly.” Shit is about to get real, son.
In the quick minute clip from HBO, we see a few scenes that have us wondering what’s about to go down.
It looks like everything went south for Chalky White in seven years, as he probably awaits for the perfect time to kill Dr. Narcisse for sweet revenge. Gillian Darmody is in a mental hospital as well and her face says it all about how she’s doing. Judging on how they appeared, we’re guessing Lucky Luciano and Al Capone will play major roles. We’ll see how Eli Thompson plays into all of it too.
Either way, the fifth and final season of Boardwalk Empire airs Sunday, September 7 at 9pm on HBO.
