Sony’s long-awaited First Scripted TV series is almost here!

Exactly a year after its original announcement last spring, Sony’s original crime series POWER will finally be premiering this March 10th. The live-action series is set to launch with a three-episode premiere, which will be free for all PlayStation users. However, if you want to watch the entire 10-episode season, you will need a PlayStation Plus subscription. If you don’t want to commit an entire year to the service, episodes will be available to purchase individually each Tuesday. This marks Sony’s expansion into original programming on their home console, as they’re looking to broaden its appeal to casual gamers Microsoft has done over the last 6 years.

The upcoming David Slade-directed (The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, Breaking Bad) adaption series, hasn’t seen a trailer reveal since NYC Comic Con last fall, as we’re hoping it doesn’t go under-the-radar in the coming months.
