Earlier this morning at the long awaited Nintendo Wii U announcement press conference, president of Nintendo of America, Reggie Fils-Aime made the announcements of the Nintendo Wii U launch date that we’ll see here in America November 18, 2012. The European audience gets their hands on it November 30, 2012 while the Jap audience has to wait last on December 8, 2012.
Two versions of the Wii U will launch starting at $300 with a standard white version that has 8GB of internal memory and the other being a $350 deluxe black version that comes with 32GB on internal memory. Yes people, a whole 32GB of internal memory on a “next-gen” console in 2012…(Oh me, Oh My).
GameStop is currently taking pre-orders now. Amazon, BestBuy, Wal-Mart and various other retailers haven’t began taking pre-orders yet.
