NBA 2K15 face scanning is horrible. . .
Last month, Ronnie Singh introduced one of the most innovative additions to their series with Face Scanning. While many of us weren’t getting our hopes up for gameplay (see: NBA 2K12-14), we were awkwardly excited to scan our faces for MyPLAYER and MyPARK after how ‘accurately’ it was demonstration during the reveal video.
Along with a few issues of connecting to the servers and the 1GB update some of us endured at midnight when we wanted to go live with the action – the face scanning fail was just the icing on the cake for many.
The 2K community initially was extremely angry, but later that would turn into complete hilarity, given how many countless fuck ups we’ve had to endure.
Somebody scanned their dog and a human face appeared. The dog’s reaction said it all! 2GB “Human Patch” confirmed?
