Still bored with Ground Zeroes? The Phantom Pain is nearing!
Earlier today, Japanese gaming legend Hideo Kojima held a special reveal during the Tokyo Game Show festivities for his highly-anticipated title, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. In comparison to a cinematic trailer or tons of cut scenes like we had seen in prior reveals, Kojima Productions treated attendees and those watching live with an all-new 20-minute gameplay reveal of footage we haven’t seen in the upcoming game yet.
Unfortunately, Konami didn’t give out an exact release date for the action-adventure stealth title we’re all patiently waiting for, but they did clarify it was on track for a release sometime in 2015. While many expect The Phantom Pain to arrive next holiday, you can get a taste of some fresh action above, with Big Boss sneaking his way through Afghanistan in the latest mission.
