You’re not going to want to see Marshawn Lynch on the field this year. . .

In 5 weeks, EA Sports next installment in their Madden series will finally hit retail. So far, we’ve noticed vast improvements from player movements, IQ and the overall feel; which we’ve visibly seen the fairly new IGNITE Engine take a step further this season in comparison to his to predecessor launch title. During and after the season, the endless online community for the series is a 24/7 universe of gamers building ultimate teams for private leagues.

With the exception of gameplay, the most talked about aspect for Madden every year is the player ratings system. So far we’ve learned top 5 ratings for QBs, RBs and FBs.

Although we’re still waiting for wide receiver and tight-end ratings (will be added), hit the jump to see if your favorite players made top 5 for running backs, quarter backs and full backs.

We’ve noticed Aaron Rodgers still tops all active QBs tied with Peyton Manning once again; but Russell Wilson is also ahead of Tom Brady, which may cause some stir. While Adrian Peterson is now tied with Peyton Manning and Aaron Rogers at a 98 rating, Marshawn Lynch’s 99 trucking and stiff arm seems to look the most intriguing among players to go full Beast Mode.
