With the exception of my sister’s birthday, the week of March 17th next year is one of the most important for gamers next year. The best shooter this decade without a doubt was Battlefield 3 on PC. EA Digital Illusions CE had one of the biggest fails in video game history with the unsuccessful launch of Battlefield 4.
While the game may be playable nearly two years later, the damage was already done for dedicated players like ourselves. Luckily, Electronic Arts is one of our favorite third party developers, so we always have a special place for them in our hearts. Much like Activision changing up for the initial entry into next-generation with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Battlefield Hardline breaks away from its traditional sense to focus more on police’s modern day war on crime.
